We require a physical, government-issued ID for your first in-store purchase at our Upper East Side dispensary. After initial verification, photos of your ID may be accepted. If you have a temporary ID, we recommend contacting the store before visiting to confirm eligibility.

For all cannabis delivery orders, a valid government-issued ID proving you are 21+ must be presented at handoff. Uploading your ID during checkout helps speed up verification and ensures a smooth, efficient delivery experience.

Delivery times vary based on demand and time of day, but most orders placed during delivery hours arrive within approximately one hour. You’ll see a real-time estimated delivery window at checkout.

Delivery minimums, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Orders of $40 or more qualify for free delivery within our service area. Delivery is available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM, bringing your favorite cannabis products right to your door. We accept multiple compliant payment options in-store and online, including cash, debit, and a link to pay by phone. We also have an ATM on-site. Payment options will always be clearly displayed at checkout in accordance with New York State regulations.

Cannabis gifts must comply with New York State cannabis laws, and a valid ID confirming the recipient is 21+ is required at delivery. If you have a special gifting request, our team is happy to guide you on legal options.

Purchase limits follow New York State cannabis regulations: adults 21+ can buy up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of cannabis concentrate (including edibles, oils, or other concentrates). Our team is happy to clarify limits and help you plan your purchase during your visit.

Due to New York State cannabis regulations, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience an issue with defective hardware (such as a vape device) or another purchase, please bring it back to the store, and our team will do our best to assist.

You can log in to your customer profile to view your current loyalty points balance. You can also ask a budtender at checkout for a quick update on your rewards. We’re currently working on a new app that will help make this even easier, so stay tuned!
